Connection instructions

Allpay allows you to set up payments for a Tilda site without technical skills.

Customization

<span class="u-richtext-counter">1</span> In Allpay, open <span class="u-richtext-element">Settings</span> ➙ <span class="u-richtext-element">Integrations</span> ➙ <span class="u-richtext-element">Tilda</span>, enter integration name and click the button to create a login/key pair.

<span class="u-richtext-counter">2</span> <span class="u-richtext-element">In Tilda, in the site settings, go to <span class="u-richtext-element">Payment Systems</span> ➙ <span class="u-richtext-element">Universal Payment System</span> and select the Allpay Israel template.</span>

<span class="u-richtext-counter">3</span> Paste in the created login and API key, set the ILS currency and IL country code, and save.

Setup is complete ✌️

Redirection after payment

To return the customer to your site after payment, insert the URL of the required <span class="u-richtext-element">page into the URL field of the success page</span> in step 3. If the field is left blank, the customer will be directed to the Allpay success page.

Installment

You can let customers split their payment amounts into payments by entering the maximum number of payments in the <span class="u-richtext-element">Allow installments up</span> to N payments field.

Please note that installments only work with Israeli credit cards. When trying to pay with a debit or foreign card, the customer will see a message that their card does not support installments.

How to track payments

Orders are displayed in Tilda's panel in the “Requests” section; paid orders have the “Paid” status.

All transactions are also displayed on the Allpay app's payment screen. The amount for orders that have been paid successfully will be green. If the customer started placing an order, went to the payment page but did not pay, the amount will be gray, which means that no payment has been made. For example, a customer did not enter card details or a payment error occurred.

Transactions received through Tilda are labeled “API”.

More options

In parallel with Tilda, you can use all Allpay features, including receiving payments via payment links, and also enable payments on other sites by creating your own login/key pairs for them.
