Jera Bakery
Homemade desserts and pastry production for coffee shops and online sales
Maria Kostyleva fell in love with sweets long before it became her profession: at one point, she decided to save money on store-bought desserts and started baking at home. Years later, the premium pastry business Maria developed in Moscow evolved into Jera Bakery — a small production facility in Israel that supplies desserts for the entire Jera Coffee Shop chain.
Today, Jera Bakery is a family-run pastry business where desserts are made from natural ingredients with care for taste and quality.

Where and how it's sold
- Jera Coffee Shop chain. Jera Bakery desserts are delivered daily to the display cases of all locations in the network.
- Online orders via the Jera Bakery website. The bakery accepts pre-orders and offers delivery throughout Israel.
- Catering and corporate orders. Cakes and dessert sets for events can be ordered directly in large quantities.

What are the special desserts from Jera Bakery
- Home quality standard. Maria cooks in such a way that “my children can eat” — no doubt about allergens and extra additives.
- Natural ingredients. Butter, eggs and cream from trusted suppliers only; no compromises for the sake of cost.
- Russian classics in Israel. “Medovik” and “Napoleon”, which were initially viewed with caution, are now hits among Israelis.
- Adaptation of tastes. Maria is experimenting with the level of sweetness and texture so that both local guests and returnees enjoy her dishes.
Tips for entrepreneurs in Israel
- Be prepared for things not to go according to plan. The Israeli market will surprise even an experienced entrepreneur.
- Rely on desire, not forecasts. If you feel that you can't live without your job, just start.
- For new returnees, don't be afraid of ignorance. The first business here will inevitably become a school for which you cannot prepare in advance.
- Choose partners with reliable support. The Russian-speaking Allpay team removed the fear of “technical” issues and accelerated the launch.
Why did you choose Allpay
“When it came to accepting payments on the site, I saw an Allpay ad and decided to give it a try.
- Connected the first time — which is rare for Israel.
- 24 hour support in Russian answered all questions quickly.
- In six months there was not a single crash: customers pay in a couple of clicks, and we can safely continue baking.”

A customer story about this project may be published in the future
We believe that behind every successful project there’s a story — real, heartfelt, and inspiring. Now we’re helping those stories be heard.
This is our support and promotion program for small and medium-sized businesses or non-commercial organizations. We create short, professional videos for social media free of charge, where entrepreneurs share their journey: how it all began, the challenges they faced, what keeps them going, and what advice they have for those just starting out.
In fact, the money companies pay for using Allpay comes back to them in the form of quality content and promotion that helps boost sales — which means we win too, as a payment provider.
Our goal
Our goal is to support those who build their business from scratch and inspire others by their example to keep moving forward.
These videos are not only a way to tell your story and attract new customers — they’re also a source of inspiration for others.
All stories and videos are published on this website as well as on Allpay’s Instagram.
Who can participate?
- A business that has been using Allpay for at least one year.
- A project that has grown through the efforts of its founders — whether you’re a solo entrepreneur or a team, what matters is that you work hard and continue to grow.
- The project must have at least 5,000 followers on social media.
