Setting up integration

Before you start

1. You must have an Allpay account. Register on Allpay.
2. You must have a SoHolms account. Registration at SoHolms. With the ALLPAY promo code, a month is free and a 15% discount for life.

Customization

1. In SoHolms, go to Settings ➙ Receiving Payments and change the currency to ILS. In the same place, click: a) Add a company, enter its name and ILS currency; b) Click the Make the main legal entity button; c) In the Payment details section, click Edit and specify the business form and company name. It is not necessary to fill in the rest of the company's details.
2. In Allpay, open Settings ➙ API Integrations, enter the name of the new integration, for example, “SoHolms” and click Create a login/key pair.
3. In SoHolms, in the company settings (on the same page where you left off in step 1), click Allpay at the bottom of the page and paste in the login and key you created. Save it.

How to track payments

Orders are displayed in the SoHolms panel under Sales ➙ Orders. Paid orders have the “Paid” status.

All transactions are also displayed on the Allpay app's payment screen. The amount of successfully paid orders will be green. If the customer started placing an order, went to the payment page, but did not pay, the amount will be gray, which means that there was no payment. For example, a customer did not enter card details or a payment error occurred.

Transactions received through SoHolms are labeled “API”.

In parallel with SoHolms, you can use all Allpay features, including receiving payments via payment links, activate payments on other sites by creating your own login/key pairs for them, and add electronic receipts.
