Installments upfront: get paid in full while customers pay in installments
Allpay has introduced a new service called Installments Upfront. In Hebrew, it is known as Sherut Nikayon — שירות ניכיון.
With standard installment payments, the customer pays in monthly installments, and the business receives the funds gradually as each installment is charged to the customer’s card.
With Installments Upfront, the customer continues to pay in installments, while the business receives the full amount with its next payout — without waiting several months.
After the payment is completed, it takes 3–7 business days to process. Once processed, the full amount is included in the next payout.
An additional fee applies to this service. The fee depends on the current Prime rate, the payment amount, and the number of installments selected by the customer. The current rate and fee calculation formula are available on our Pricing page.
In the payment link settings, businesses can enable the “Customer pays the fee” option. When enabled, the fee is added to the amount charged and displayed on the payment page.
The customer can then choose between paying the full amount in a single payment with no additional fee or paying in installments and covering the installment fee.
The service is available only for Israeli-issued credit cards.
To qualify, the business must:
- have used Allpay for at least three months;
- have processed at least 15,000 ₪ in total payments;
- have an owner who is at least 21 years old.
The service can be activated under Settings → Payment Modules → Installments Upfront. Activation takes up to 7 business days.
