Referral Program Terms
Updated: June 20, 2026
Program Access
Access to the Allpay Referral Program is granted at Allpay’s discretion after reviewing the partner’s application.
Allpay may approve, reject, suspend, or terminate participation in the Referral Program at any time.
Affiliate Link
Partners receive an affiliate link to refer new sellers to Allpay.
Referred sellers and their turnover can be tracked in the affiliate dashboard.
A seller is considered referred by the partner only if the seller registered through the partner’s affiliate link or was otherwise approved by Allpay as a referred seller.
Commission
Partners earn a fixed commission of 0.1% of the monthly turnover processed by sellers referred by the partner.
The commission is calculated only on successfully processed payments. Refunds, chargebacks, cancelled payments, test payments, rejected payments, fees, taxes, and other non-completed transactions are not included in the commission calculation.
Allpay may exclude transactions or sellers from the commission calculation in cases of fraud, abuse, technical error, prohibited activity, or violation of Allpay’s terms.
Partner Activity Requirement
The partner is expected to refer at least three new clients per calendar year.
If the partner refers fewer than three clients in a calendar year, Allpay may review, pause, or terminate the partner’s participation in the Referral Program.
If the partner does not refer at least one new client during a calendar year, commission payouts will cease. Existing unpaid commission may remain in the partner’s internal balance, subject to these terms and Allpay’s review.
Internal Balance
Commission earned under the Referral Program is recorded as an internal Allpay balance.
If the partner uses paid Allpay services, this internal balance may be automatically used to pay for such services before any external payout is made.
The internal balance is not a bank account, deposit, stored value account, or financial service. It cannot be transferred to another person or entity unless Allpay approves otherwise in writing.
Payouts
External payouts are made once the payable commission balance reaches 300 ILS.
The partner must provide a valid receipt, tax invoice, or other document required by law within three days of receiving the payout.
No further payouts will be processed until the required document is submitted.
All taxes, reporting duties, and legal obligations related to receiving referral commissions are the partner’s responsibility.
Access to Aggregated Turnover Data
Partners understand and agree that Allpay may display to them the aggregated monthly turnover of sellers they have referred through their affiliate link.
Partners will not receive access to personal information, individual payment details, transaction logs, payer data, or any identifying information about the seller’s customers.
Partners must keep all aggregated turnover information strictly confidential and may use it solely for evaluating their affiliate performance and verifying commissions. Disclosure to third parties is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited Activities
Partners may not use misleading, illegal, aggressive, or spam-like marketing methods to promote Allpay.
Partners may not make false promises about Allpay’s services, pricing, approval process, payout timing, supported businesses, or payment success rates.
Partners may not impersonate Allpay, use Allpay’s brand in a misleading way, or create websites, ads, or materials that may confuse users into believing they are operated directly by Allpay.
Partners may not refer themselves, related entities, fake businesses, or sellers created mainly to generate commission.
Compliance
Referred sellers must pass Allpay’s standard onboarding, verification, compliance, and risk checks.
Allpay is not obligated to approve any referred seller.
Commission is earned only from sellers that are approved by Allpay and process eligible payments through Allpay.
Nature of Payments
All payments made by Allpay under the Referral Program constitute partner rewards for referring new customers.
The partner acts as an independent contractor and is not an employee, agent, representative, partner, or joint venture of Allpay.
The partner has no authority to bind Allpay, approve sellers, offer exceptions, or make commitments on behalf of Allpay.
Program Changes
Allpay may change the terms, commission rate, payout rules, internal balance rules, eligibility requirements, or any other part of the Referral Program at any time.
Changes may apply to future commissions and, where legally permitted, to existing unpaid balances.
Continued participation in the Referral Program after the terms are updated constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Termination
Allpay may suspend or terminate the partner’s participation in the Referral Program if the partner violates these terms, acts in bad faith, misuses Allpay’s brand, provides misleading information, or engages in activity that may harm Allpay, sellers, or customers.
Upon termination, Allpay may cancel unpaid commissions connected to fraud, abuse, prohibited activity, or violation of these terms.
