Referral Program Terms

Program Access
Access to the Referral program is granted at Allpay's discretion after reviewing your application.
Affiliate Link
Partner receive an affiliate link to attract new sellers. Referred sellers and their turnover can be tracked in the affiliate dashboard.
Access to Aggregated Turnover Data
Partners understand and agree that Allpay may display to them the aggregated monthly turnover of sellers they have referred through their affiliate link.
Partners will not receive access to personal information, individual payment details, transaction logs, payer data, or any identifying information about the seller’s customers.
Partners must keep all aggregated turnover information strictly confidential and may use it solely for evaluating their affiliate performance and verifying commissions. Disclosure to third parties is strictly prohibited.
Standard Affiliate Program
Partners earn a commission based on the total monthly turnover of their referred sellers:
- 0.1% for turnover up to 100,000 ILS per month
- 0.15% for turnover from 100,000 to 500,000 ILS per month
- 0.2% for turnover exceeding 500,000 ILS per month
If fewer than two active sellers are referred within a year, commission accrual will be paused. An active seller is defined as a seller who has processed at least one payment in the last 30 days.
Payouts
Payouts are made once the commission reaches 300 ILS. The partner must provide a receipt within three days of receiving the payout. No further payouts will be processed until the receipt is submitted.
Nature of Payments
All payments made by Allpay under its affiliate programs constitute partner rewards for referring new customers.
Program Changes
The terms and commission rates of the Affiliate Program are subject to change at any time.
